The bed was exceptionally comfortable. the bathroom was really great and the balcony offered beautiful views of the mountains. the staff at the reception desk were brilliantly friendly. the hotel had a unique feel and a very central location.

The hotel of choice in Interlaken. Extremely convenient and luxury place with top-class staff at reception desk. Unbeatable location in the shopping area, adjacent to beautiful Interlaken, the City and mountain and East train station. The rooftop restaurant on the premises.

Unbeatable location, magnificent views over the town and the surrounding mountains and top-class staff. Good service provided with smiles. Late check-out. An excellent restaurant in hotel.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

The staff here were super helpful and friendly. The location is amazing, right next to a fun casino 🎲. Plus, you have lovely gardens and parks right in front of the hotel.

Great cleaning standards and the staff at the front desk were friendly. the location of this place is just perfect, right in the heart of everything. You can easily stroll to a shopping center and a market for some casual shopping vibes! 🛍️

Spacious and really nice room, plus a super comfy bed. They offer a tasty breakfast, including options for vegetarians, to kickstart your day. the location here is stunning and just awesome - not to mention, it's close to a lovely grassy park 🌳.
